September 29, 2009I don’t know why, my blog didn’t make/made it to the finalist of this year’s 2009 Philippine Blog Awards. I wonder why.
This is the second/2nd time I joined the awards for blogs. I joined last year for the following categories: Best Personal Blog and Blogger’s/Bloggers’ Choice. My blog became a finalist for the later/latter category.
I’m asking the people behind 2009 Philippine Bloh Awards, that I would like to know. Why my blog didn’t make/made it to the finalist for the 2009 Philippine Blog Awards?

The Final Destination
I watched The Final Destination last Wednesday, September 2, in TriNoma, Quezon City, Philippines. To be honest, the film is a horror movie but it didn’t give me a scare.
The movie revolves around 4/four teenagers (two/2 boys, and two/2 girls) watches a car racing. And okay. I don’t want you to be spoiled if you didn’t watch the movie yet. The film has also good moments.
Pan’s Labyrinth
And then, last Saturday, September 5. Around late afternoon, to mid-evening, I watched Pan’s Labyrinth, a Spanish-based film directed by Guillermo del Toro.
The American actor, Doug Jones is the only American actor in the Academy-/Oscar-winning Spanish-based film. Guillermo del Toro is genius in this film.
The movie revolves around a girl took three/3 tasks from a faun.
The Grudge 3
I watched The Grudge 3 yesterday, September 9, in TriNoma, Quezon City, Philippines. To be honest, the film is a horror movie but there is one/1 scene gave me a scare.
Sorry folks/people. I’m not a type of person, who reveals a plot of a movie, television show, music video, book, etc. online.
Senator Noynoy Aquino, is running for president, in the 2010 President Elections.
September 9, 2009Yes, you read it right. Senator Noynoy Aquino, is running for president, in the 2010 President Elections.
I learned that he’s running for the aforementioned position, for next year’s presidential elections. If my memory serves me right, he announced his announcement in San Juan, Greenhills.
I learned this, while I eating my breakfast. As far as I remember, aside from Senator Aquino, Senator Chiz Escudero, is also running for president, for next year’s elections. 2010 Presidential elections, that is. I forgot the other people who are running for president.
By the way. I’m just sharing what I watched on the television.

September 1, here in the Philippines.
September 1, 2009
Today is September 1. Here in the Philippines, as early as September 1, most Filipinos think of Christmas.
Some radio stations play Christmas song. Some business establishments, including department stores and supermarkets do play Christmas songs. Some people think what gifts they give to other people. Some people think what food to be served during the Christmas Eve, especially during the Christmas Day itself.
There are times that the leftover food from Christmas, are eaten during the New Year’s Eve. And if there are still leftovers, it will be it during the New Year’s Day. Sometimes, the leftovers are eaten, after New Year’s Day.
Well, these are some of the practices here in the Philippines.
My short rap performance
August 29, 2009I do have less confidence, and I do have a weak voice and the time I sang, and my part. I song with my group is, “Mga Kababayan Ko (My Fellow countrymen)”, by Francis Magalona.
I do not know who chose the song. And I do not know why that person chose the song.
The positive thing on my point of view, at the time my partner started to sing, had a technical problem.
I have nothing against rap music, but I’m not really into rap music.
I submitted this post for the Ten Posts of the Year, for the 2009 Philippine Blog Awards.

Francis Magalona’s "Mga Kababayan Ko" (My Fellow Countrymen).
August 17, 2009
Miss D**** gave me a copy of Francis Magalona’s “Mga Kababaya Ko” (“My Fellow Countrymen”), for the “Linggo ng Wika” (Language Week), in the learning center, which I currently doing my other second/2nd OJT training, the other one (my other second/2nd OJT training) is in a condominium.
I have no idea, who chose that song. And I have no idea why that person chose that song. I don’t know, who chose that song. And I don’t know why that person chose that song.
I told those people, what I’d told them. I told them that I’m not that good in rap music. The last two/2 persons I’d told, they told that it is a song.
With no disrespect to all Filipino/Pinoy rap artists, most especially to the late Francis Magalona, I’m not a fan of rap music, especially here in our country.

Transforming marshmallows.
July 14, 2009Last Wednesday morning before I woke up, I had a dream. In that dream, I was dreaming Transformers. Bumble Bee, Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox.
Last Thursday evening, after eating dinner with my parents, my parents and I ate marshmallows that my oldest sibling brought from somewhere. That was the first/1st time I ate a marshmallow in years.
The last time I ate a marshmallow, when I was a kid/child. The taste is still the same. The texture is still the same.

In Memoriam: Michael Jackson and Farrah Fawcett
June 26, 2009
I learned that Michael Jackson died yesterday, in CNN this morning, Philippine time. Michael Jackson died due to cardiac arrest. His album, Thriller, is the best-selling album of all time, received numerous awards. And also, the inmates in Cebu, Philippines used the song. To view the video, type “Thriller” (original upload) in YouTube.com. The songs I know from the King of Pop are the following. Thriller: Bad: Dangerous: Invincible: By the way, before I forgot. I didn’t know that Michael Jackson held a concert here in the Philippines in Parañaque City last (pronounced as Paranyake) December 1996. Farrah Fawcett also died the same day, but Farrah Fawcett died earlier than Michael Jackson. All those people ask who is Farrah Fawcett, she is one of the angels/Angels in Charlie’ Angels. She died due to anal cancer. Here are the blogs, regarding Michael Jackson and Farrah Fawcett. Pinoy Gossip Boy

Kris Allen and Adam Lambert, of American Idol (season 8).
May 21, 2009I am so happy that Kris Allen won this year’s American Idol. Season 8 of American Idol that is. To be honest, and in my humble opinion, I like Adam Lambert during the auditions. During and from the Hollywood week and onwards, I don’t like Adam Lambert. And the other reason that I don’t like Adam Lambert, is that he squeks, shouts, screams, every time he performs.
Adam Lambert’s performance of “Mad World” (Tears for Fears) - Contestant’s Favorite:
A combination of okay performance, and professional performance.
Kris Allen’s performance of “Ain’t No Sunshine” (Bill Withers):
I like his perfomance since the Popular iTunes Downloads Week.
Adam Lambert’s performance of “A Change Is Gonna Come” (Sam Cooke) - Simon Fuller’s Choice:
I like it but, he destroyed it via his squeaks, and he was like having an irregular bowel movement.
Kris Allen’s performance of “What’s Going On (Marvin Gaye) - Simon Fuller’s choice:
I like his acoustic version.
Adam Lambert’s performance of “No Boundaries - Winner’s single:
It’s just okay, but, it was like an irregular bowel movement became worse.
Kris Allen’s performance of “No Boundaries - Winner’s single:
Better than Adam Lambert’s performance.
Sorry for the late post.

Last Monday, my two/2 older brothers didn’t go for work, because, pagod sila sa pagmamaneho papuntang Bolinao, Pangansinan, at pabalik ng Metro Manila. At the same time, brownout/blackout from around 11 a.m., until around 5 or 6 p.m. Last Tuesday, I had a interview in a condominium for an apprenticeship, near of the center I attended. I arrived in my place, almost 5 p.m. I watched yesterday the latest episode of Heroes online called “Cold Snap”. Treasures of Bolinao is located at Baranggay Patar, Bolinao, Pangasinan. The aforementioned resort is just near or beside South China Sea.
lotto tickets
March 13, 2009
These are my lotto tickets. Some of the tickets, are already have numbers, but I haven’t bet those numbers yet.
In my hublme opinion, aside from that people who are betting in/on such gambling, they also help other people, thus Philippine “Charity” Sweepstakes Office.
I do remember , that when I was still a kid, my mother used to buy sweepstakes tickets, and ask me the numbers from the ticket/s she had, to the numbers printed in/on a newspaper.
